Finding Your True Friends

Here are the 6 traits of a true friend:

  • True friends sacrifice
  • True friends tell each other about whatever is on their hearts
  • True friends say difficult things to each other
  • True friends display unfailing kindness
  • True friends serve each other
  • True friends are loyal

The Bible tells us that Jesus calls us his friends if we do what he commands (John 15:13-15). Pick one of those traits and explain how Jesus displayed true friendship in that way. (But if you pick #5, don’t use the example for #5 that’s in the book!)
